Please note: We send all orders once a month so make sure to order before or on every first Tuesday of the month to receive the products as soon as possible!
Only retailers (Buyers) in the EU with a valid tax certificate can register and shop in our wholesale web shop. To place an order the Buyer has to be registered and approved by Dutch Brands Collective (DBC).
All Prices for the products mentioned on the site are listed in Euro’s and do not include value added tax, import duties, other taxes and charges, transport and any other costs. No cancellation of an order by the buyer is permitted except where expressly agreed by DBC in writing. A minimum of €300,- ex VAT, shipping and any other costs is required to place an order. Prices and minimums are subject to change without notice. Payments through PayPal, Visa, Master card, American Express and Direct bank transfer are accepted forms of payment. The order will be processed after the payment is received.
Delivery & Shipping
All items due for delivery shall be delivered to the address at which the Buyer’s account is registered. We ship all orders once a month. On the first Wednesday of the month we process all the orders made in the last month. We then collect all the products and ship them to you within 14 days after the orders are processed. DBC cannot make any guarantees about the time of delivery.
The Buyer is under a duty to inspect the products on delivery. Claims for non-delivery or any possible damage of a product must be made within 7 days of the invoice date. Missing or damages products will be replaced with new products or compensated with a refund.
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
Exclusion of Consequential Loss
DBC shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss suffered by the Buyer whether this loss arises from breach of duty in contract or tort or in any other way.
These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
Your privacy is very important to us and we are committed to meeting the requirements of applicable data protection legislation. That’s why we’ll take great care of any personal information you share with us and will never release these details to any company outside Dutch Brands Collective without your consent, unless required by law or otherwise needed to fulfill orders, deliver good to you or legal proceedings.
The personal information we collect on this website is only used to provide you with the service that you have requested, the role you have applied for, or to respond to an enquiry that you have made. We use certain third party service providers to assist us in providing these services to you, for example email marketing and hosting.
The information collected from this website could be stored for as long as is required for the uses stated above.
