ORDER PROCEDURE

 

Please note: We send all orders once a month so make sure to order before or on every first Tuesday of the month to receive the products as soon as possible!

 

Registration

Every online or offline retailer in the EU with a tax certificate (VAT number) can register and shop in our wholesale web shop. Registration for non-EU retailers will be made possible in time. In order to see the wholesale prices and place your order, you need to Register and make an account. After your registration, we will review and approve your request as soon as possible.

 

Shopping

Log in to check the prices, make a Wish list of your favorites and place the products of your choice in the Shopping cart. The minimum amount to place an order is €300,-.

 

Ordering

After you placed all the products you would like to purchase in the shopping cart, you are ready to place your order!

We only send all orders once a month so make sure to order before or on every first Tuesday of the month to receive the products as soon as possible!

To place the order proceed to Checkout, check your order and address and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box. If you have a coupon enter your code to use it.

 

Payment

We accept Direct bank transfer, Paypal, Visa, Master card and American Express payments. Payment with Ideal will be made available as soon as possible. A small fee might be charged for the costs of your preferred payment method.

If u use Direct bank transfer, make sure we have received your payment before or on every first Tuesday of the month!

 

Shipping

Please note: We ship all orders once a month! On the first Wednesday of the month we collect all the orders made in the last month. We then collect al the products and ship them to you within 14 days. The time of delivery depends of where the shipment has to be delivered.

 

Checking

After you receive your order, make sure to check it as soon as possible. In case on order is incomplete or products are damaged, please notify us immediately and we will try our best to help you.

 

Return

No items can be returned, unless a products is damaged or incomplete.
